New Account/Service

If you would like to establish a new account or service with Claiborne Electric Cooperative we would be most happy to assist you. We require that you complete a membership application which gives us some basic information about you. Your new account may also require a service deposit, which may be billed in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Louisiana Public Service Commission.

If you need electric service for a residence or business under construction, it may be necessary for our field personnel to meet you at that location to determine what is needed for your electric service.
